How three interns became a pipeline of 120 jobs

I pitched Bloom Energy's talent team on hiring refugee jobseekers, and we agreed to start small: a three-person internship pilot.

Mid-pilot, transportation and language became real barriers. We arranged interpretation support and worked through the commute so the interns could focus on the job.

All three were hired into permanent roles. Over the following year, the partnership grew to roughly 120 placements.
